Handmade Wand ''Basket''

Wand no. 59 [ZM-844W], made as a gift for a friend. He's a Hufflepuff, so I used canary yellow for the cap. The wood is poplar and the green tint of the shaft is all natural (from mineral stains in the wood). I whittled the wand using flexcut knives, sanded it with 150, 300, and 600 grit sandpaper, and stained it with provincial and cherry stains at the handle.
